An interesting thread on comp.ai started by Jorn Barger who asked why there has been almost no discussion of the Semantic Web project on the comp.ai newsgroup.

Aren't businesses spending tons of money implementing XML data-standards, and don't they hire AI-grads for expertise on this? Or haven't AI grad-programs been adequately training students in these semantic skills?

We've been running a little semantic web news aggregator here for a while, but somehow forgot to actually link to it from anywhere on the site. It gathers RSS from various semweb related sources every hour or so. I've now linked it in the top menu of each page on the site: sw news.
